Guest Policies & Guidelines
These guidelines are meant to help all guests experience a peaceful and devotional stay in Sri Mayapur Dhām.
Code of Conduct (Mandatory)
- Maintain a devotional and peaceful mood at all times; respect the sacred atmosphere of Mayapur.
- No intoxicants: alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
- No meat, fish, eggs, onion, or garlic are permitted. Only pure vegetarian prasadam-style food may be consumed on the premises.
- Gambling, immoral activities, or behavior contrary to Vaishnava principles is not allowed.
- Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Treat all staff, devotees, and fellow guests with humility and respect.
Daily Routine & Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM. Please honor temple programs and ensure silence during these times.
- Guests are encouraged to participate in mangal-ārati, kīrtans, and temple programs whenever possible.
Accommodation Guidelines
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Rooms must be kept clean and orderly; any damage to property will be charged.
- Visitors not registered at reception are not permitted in guest rooms.
Booking & Payment Policy
- All bookings are confirmed only upon 100% advance payment.
- No Refund Policy: Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances (including cancellation, early departure, or no-show).
- Guests who do not arrive on their booking date (no-shows) will forfeit the full booking amount.
Safety & Security
- Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
- Please comply with all safety, fire, and health regulations displayed within the premises.
- Photography or videography inside restricted areas is not permitted unless authorized.
