- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservations will be confirmed only after successful payment or advance deposit.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
- Guests must present valid identification at the time of check-in.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

- Guests must respect the rules of the property and maintain decorum.
- Any damage to property or facilities will be charged to the guest.
- Illegal, disruptive, or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
